Dora E. Cantu, M.D.

Dr. Cantu graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health and Science Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Cantu is board certified as an ophthalmologist and pharmacist.

She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Texas Ophthalmologic Association, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and Texas Medical Association.

Becky J. Fredrickson, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Becky J. Fredrickson is originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa, and graduated with highest honors from Purdue University. After completing her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, she conducted biomedical research as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of London.

She received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Biosciences and Bioengineering from Rice University. Following an internship at Christus St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Dr. Fredrickson completed her ophthalmology residency training at the Baylor college of Medicine Cullen Eye Institute in Houston. She is a board certified ophthalmologist.

Dr. Fredrickson is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Texas Ophthalmologic Association, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the American Medical Association and Texas Medical Association.

Amador Sanchez Jr., O.D.

Dr. Amador Sanchez was born and raised on the Southern Plains of West Texas. He attended and graduated cum laude from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He completed his optometric training at the University of Houston, College of Optometry, Dr. Sanchez earned his Doctor of Optometry degree magna cum laude. He is recognized by the state of Texas as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Bao Hoang, O.D.

Dr. Hoang has been a Houstonian since the age of ten. He attended and graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor in Health and Nutrition. He received his Optometric education and training at the University of Houston College of Optometry. Member of the graduating class of 2008, Dr. Hoang is Therapeutically Certified and recognized as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist by the State of Texas. He is a soon to be member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Hoang is fluent in English and Vietnamese languages, in his spare time; Dr. Hoang enjoys an active lifestyle of art, music and sports.
